Weekend Airsoft Mission | Ages 14 - 17

"Challenge. Teamwork. Adventure."

Our Weekend Residential is a fast-paced, fully supervised experience designed for 14–17-year-olds who want to push their limits, build confidence, and have an unforgettable time. From the moment they arrive, participants jump straight into a weekend of action team challenges, Battle PT, and tactical Airsoft missions that build teamwork, communication, and leadership in real-world scenarios.

Whether you’re coming solo or bringing a squad of friends, everyone quickly becomes part of the team. By the end of the weekend, new friendships are formed, confidence is up, and the sense of achievement is huge. Between missions, downtime at The Dial House gives everyone a chance to recharge, relax, and enjoy good food and great company.

Every session is led by our experienced, DBS-checked staff, with backgrounds in the military, fire service, and over 30 years of youth work — so you can be confident participants are in safe, capable hands.

No experience needed — just bring a great attitude, a sense of adventure, and get ready for one epic weekend.

🛡️ Safety, Insurance & Safeguarding

Your child’s safety and wellbeing are our top priority. From the moment they arrive, they’ll be supported by a highly experienced, fully vetted, and caring team.

Our instructors come from ex-military, firefighter, emergency service, and youth-work backgrounds, bringing decades of experience in leadership, communication, and resilience training. Many of our staff are parents themselves and understand the importance of creating a structured, supervised, and positive environment where young people can thrive.

With over 20 years of experience delivering the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, more than 2,500 young people have successfully completed their residential section with us. Every course is carefully planned and risk-assessed, with clear safety procedures and safeguarding measures in place.

All staff hold Enhanced DBS clearance and First Aid certification, and there are dedicated safeguarding leads on site throughout. Every participant is accounted for, supervised, and supported at all times — both during activities and at the accommodation.

We’re proud of our outstanding safety record and reputation for creating challenging yet supportive experiences. Parents consistently tell us how much their children grow in confidence, independence, and teamwork — all while having an unforgettable weekend of adventure.
