On arrival, you will have the opportunity to meet fellow participants and instructors over lunch to discuss the week ahead. After a spot of menu planning and shopping in the local Market town of Fakenham, your first evening with us will involve a BBQ and outdoor Cinema at the accommodation centre.

The 2nd day starts with an informal group discussion on why fitness is a key component in your chosen career. A fitness assessment with our PTIs follows, and a good opportunity to judge fitness levels and set goals for the forthcoming sessions.

A strength training session in the Gym is followed by a group discussion on body types and anatomy in the lounge. After Dinner, our legendary indoor cricket!

After returning to an informal session on training programmes in the lounge before heading to the gym for circuit training. This is followed by an introduction to stretching and cooling down. In the evening we will head to the local cinema.

"A fantastic five days spent on the fitness D of E Residential. I was impressed with the range of fitness activities and the quality of the instructors.
