"A fantastic five days spent on the fitness D of E Residential. I was impressed with the range of fitness activities and the quality of the instructors. I attended as a solo person, but I quickly made friends and have learnt a great deal from this experience. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who loves fitness and a challenge!
