Beginners Fitness Boot Camp

Our Beginners Bootcamp is perfect for anyone ready to start their fitness journey, regardless of prior experience. Our team is here to guide you throughout your stay with us. This bootcamp lasts for 3 nights and includes 2 days filled with fun challenges to help you kickstart your fitness journey.

Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to meet fellow participants and instructors during our welcome address. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious meal prepared by our chef in the dining room. After dinner, we’ll take a relaxing walk along the Norfolk Coast Path, allowing you to unwind and take in the stunning scenery.

We will begin each day with a healthy breakfast, followed by a fat-burning walk in the local area. After a short break, it will be time to go to the gym for your first strength training session. Our team will be there to guide you every step of the way, demonstrating each exercise and providing encouragement throughout the workout.

Regression and Progression exercise follow after lunch and a HIIT training session in the gym.

After a busy day, we will return back home for a home-cooked meal followed by a fun games evening on the Golden Sands at Brancaster Beach.

On the second day, after our morning walk, we will head to the park for circuit training, which is perfect for improving cardiovascular fitness. Following an energy-boosting lunch and some time to relax, we will have an anaerobic interval training session. We will conclude our fitness activities with a challenging boxing circuit.

On the final evening, we will head to the award-winning local pub, the Jolly Sailors, for an informal dinner. This will be a wonderful opportunity to relax and share memories with new friends.
