With the increasing use of processes and central systems in business, we rely heavily on lateral coordination as opposed to close supervision.

Scorpion Airsoft can tailor specific scenarios to individual employees to develop and focus on leadership and teambuilding. Pre-selection of employees prior to arrival will enable our team to profile each candidate ensuring they reach their full potential during their time with us.
During each scenario, we will be looking to develop how the candidate demonstrates commitment, motivation, concern for others and how they focus on the task. How they communicate and set clear goals for the team objective.
Practical skills will be assessed throughout such as seizing and holding the initiative, how candidates understand and control risk, communicate and command the operation utilizing spans of command.

On arrival at our site on the former RAF West Raynham Airbase, you will be met by our team of ex-Military, Emergency Services professionals.
Your team will be allocated PPE and weapon system with a detailed practical safety briefing (including Pyro use) and familiarization tour of the facility.
Team allocation and section commanders briefings will take place.
Section commanders will then brief their team before the scenarios/objectives commence.
After each Scenario, there will be a hot debrief focusing on how candidates have executed each task. A short break to replenish and refresh in our safe zone area follows after each session.
End of session debriefs and team photographs.
BBQ and refreshments in the Mess.
Depart.
