Exclusive Venue Hire

• Private Hire of our WW2 RAF Hospital and Bunker Complex.
• You Run your own games and provide Game props.
• You provide your own marshalls.
• No Rental packages are available for these events - bring your own kit.
• The group must have a designated group leader who will take responsibility for Safety and follow our Safety and Insurance requirements.
• The group should have a qualified First Aider.

Please note Venue Hire is unsuitable for companies offering events to paying Customers. 

£255.80 per day (10:00 – 16:00)

Or 

£153.60 per night (18:00 - 21:00)

If you do not have a first aider we can have one on-site for an extra £50.00 per day.

The age limit at Scorpion Airsoft is 10 years old

Under 14's must be accompanied by a Parent/Responsible adult.

Under 18's Must have a parent/guardian sign an insurance waiver 

Bookings must have a designated group leader. 

The Group leader is required to sign the Waiver on behalf of the group and agrees to take responsibility for our Safety and Insurance Requirements.

DAMAGE - Any damage that is caused during your Venue hire will be charged to the group leader, this includes but is not limited to broken windows, props, doors, etc. 

FOOD - There are no cooking facilities onsite. Please bring your own food/water, etc. 

Cooking/BBQs are strictly forbidden anywhere inside the buildings, including the safe zone.

RUBBISH - Groups are required to remove any rubbish that they produce from the site, food waste, packaging, Cardboard, spent pyrotechnics, etc.
